UK Domestic Delivery

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Free on all orders over £100; £4.95 for orders under £100. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

• Express Delivery (DPD Next Day): £8.95. 

Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.

 

Dispatch Times

Our handmade leather bags, briefcases, and suitcases are crafted in limited batches in our British workshop. Standard dispatch takes 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Order Tracking & Delivery

All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security. You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue with our courier partners immediately.
